We have had two campers have major repairs done by Mike Jr. No major problems with the quality (except attention to details. . .) but, unless you want to be given empty promises and poor follow up, as well as frustration re: how long it takes to get the work completed, I suggest you find somewhere else to get work done on your camper. It was more than A YEAR from when the damage occurred to when the repairs were close to being completed - and when I called him out on it and expressed my frustration, I was met with hostility and anger from him. WE ended up contacting the manufacturer and getting the last piece shipped to us and installing it ourselves. So, my recommendation is IF YOU HAVE to go there for repairs, have it IN WRITING a timeline by which the work will be done and the consequences (to them) that will happen if the deadline is not met. Make our mistake your warning.

It does not feel like like a big dealership. The owner, Dale, seems knowledgeable and honest. I dropped off my 20 year old snowmobile during the busy season because it wouldn't run. He started working on it a week later. One week after that, it was done and ready to go. Reasonable labor rate. Only disappointed that they could not do pickup and delivery. Steve Chiocca is the owner of the business and is the guy you'll get on the phone when you call. I first went to this garage because everyone I asked in the area recommended him. Both times I called, I had to book the appointment a week or more in advance as he has a very busy shop. After the first service I saw why. Steve is very thorough with his diagnostics and doesn't try to fix things that aren't broken. He says what he's going to do and he does what he says. He doesn't over state what needs to be done and works within your budget. He also gives you an idea what future issues may be on the horizon so you can plan for the repairs. Both times I had work done there, I was pleasantly surprised with my bill. He listens to you and will present you with options on how to go about the work. He is not one of those guys that just throws more and more parts at the problem in a hit or miss approach. Steve does repairs not just parts replacements. I had a windshield wiper issue. A connection to the wiper arm had broken and it could easily have been another $200.00 to replace the components. He actually took time and repaired the connection as opposed to ordering the whole assembly. I didn't have to beg for him to keep the costs down. His approach to his work has his customers' best interests in mind. His garage is the place to go for sure. He's very knowledgeable and he even remembers your name... with a year between services.
