I just bought a new Winnebago from Craig and Sharon. As usual there were a few minor bugs that need professional attention. This is my 4th RV so I know and understand the bugs. It happens. Anyway their attention and the professionalism displayed by Craig and his team were excellent. These folks know what they are doing in terms of service and the technical aspects of RV's. You won't find a better service center than Hills RV. Conway is 2.5 hours from home and I would not even think of going someplace closer to home to get my RV serviced. read more

Had a crack sink drain in the middle of a camping trip. Hill's took two plumbing parts, cut, pieced and glued them together and created us a new drain section.....while we waited. His think outside the box solution saved our trip and prevented our coach from water damage. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. If we need repairs in the future this is where we will go....even if it's a couple hours ride! read more

We posted a very positive review on April 15, 2016 and have since bought our third Motor Home a Winnebago Sightseer 36Z from Hill's RV. We did have a few issues while on our first trip and Craig went above and beyond communicating with me and a service technician in South Carolina to fix the problem, not only was he helpful Craig worked with Winnebago on our behalf for a refund of the money we paid to the independent repair technician. We are loyal Winnebago customers and can not say enough good things about Craig & Sharon, the customer service from the negotiations to delivery of the unit and ongoing service they have always made it easy. read more

Terrible treatment from Hill's RV (listed in the Winnie Owners guide as a "preferred dealer" for owners). We were traveling through the Conway area and had an issue with our new motorhome; called Hill's RV after referencing the Winnebago Owners manual and was treated very poorly by "Craig". It was clearly stated that they don't care to service units not purchased from them. Well, as travelers (remember, this is an RV!) - Hill's wouldn't have been local to us to purchase the unit from. When I asked if they could provide a mobile RV reference to complete the repair - Craig stated "he didn't know any". I will be calling Winnebago to report this dealership as it was unnecessary behavior. A non-Winnebago dealer ended up repairing the unit in 2 hours for us and stated openly that they get a lot of similar stories from people turned away by Hill's. read more

Have purchased 2 Winnie's from Hills over 25 years. Both experiences were outstanding. Craig always takes my calls with technical questions. Sharon is a gem and always pleasant and helpful. These are humble good folk. As for the bad reviews, perhaps New England is not your style. I prefer honest, hard-working decent folk like the Hills. I drove 300 miles past several big box dealers to work ONLY with Craig Hill to buy our new rig based on our positive experience 25 years ago. He knows the product inside out and is a straight shooter. read more

We bought our Winnebago in Iowa, and needed it serviced in New England. Hill's was the closest dealership, and seemed to have good reviews. Our experience in getting warranty work done, however, was unpleasant since Craig made his displeasure with us obvious from the start. We tried patience and friendliness, but this did not seem to improve our experience. Sharon made it clear from our first contact: "I guess you should have bought it from us." Craig kept his interactions with us short and terse, and actually showed palpable anger once. We wanted to forge a long-term service relationship with them, but decided to drive twice as far to a dealership that welcomed us enthusiastically. We decided to buy a 7-year extended warranty from them and will have them work with us to set up our tow car. This could have been business for Hill's, but they missed out. We will never return to Hill's nor recommend them because of this experience. read more

Stay far away from this place. The most unfriendly owner of a business I have ever met. Tried to make me feel like he was doing me a favor by doing Winnebago warranty work. Had full wall slide problems with my Adventurer and Winnebago sent me there as I was camping about 40 miles away at the time. Winnebago told me to tell the owner that he could order the replacement parts right away so that they would be at his place when I got there for my appointment and all he had to do was call Winnebago to confirm. He didn't so I waited over a week for parts. Some were shipping straight from the vendor, they got a tracking number but refused to call to inquire. I asked for the number to make the call myself (I have been in the trucking business for 20 years) they refused. Finally installed the new parts and it lasted 10 days. Terrible experience..Very customer UNfreindly. I was towing a trailer with my Harley and after dropping the trailer in his yard so he could take into the shop, I used one of my floor jacks under the rear of the trailer so it would not tip when backing out the bike. After loading and rehooking up I forgot the jack in the yard. Got a call telling me I forgot it an hour later but I was 40 miles away. Asked then to send it to me they again refused. Very poor attitude, it may be the New England way but no excuse for it. read more
