When going for financing I noticed payments higher than first quoted. I questioned it and Ed said "oh, I made a mistake......Really??? Asked to speak to Manager, Mike. He told me he thought I was "trying to pull a fast one". I reiterated they gave me the quote... Mike started to get rude and I proceeded to tell him I would not do any business with a company like this and he said" UP YOURS" Needless to say I would never do any business with them again. BUYER BEWARE.....FALSE ADVERTISING and THEY are trying to pull a fast one!!!

They enjoy sporting a shirt or jacket with the name and location of the Harley store on the back. And usually the state motto "Live Free or Die" is on there somewhere too. ;) They're unique, good quality, and well worth the money. The North Conway store is considerably smaller than the other ones we go to (Manchester, or Seacoast NH stores), but still crammed full of goodies. And the staff were super friendly.

It takes forever to get an inspection done, they often don't have any stickers even when they have time. They have few hours open when I'm not at work, so t is hard to even drop off a bike for service. I once had the bike in for a blown head gasket which was dripping oil directly onto the exhaust pipe. It took over 3 weeks for them to have it ready to pickup, and then I found out they hadn't even done the tune up I requested while the covers were off and the valve adjustments would have been easy. I never complained because the next nearest Kaw dealer is over an hour away. Two summers ago just before the 750 turned 20, I started shopping for a new bike and decided on the Concours 14. I stopped in and they had a black one, not my color so not interested in it, but willing to have them find me a 2010 in blue. They wouldn't let me test drive it, nor were interested in finding one ... "I won't get another one until the black one sells" ... what an attitude! Anyway I found one 3 hours away and bought it direct and that dealer gave me a big discount off MSRP ... I wish they were closer. Anyway over the winter I got a recall notice on the C14. Come spring the C14 gear indicator was acting funny. I talked with One Wheel drive on phone about it when I could reach them. Finally got in there in early June, and they talked with me but didn't even look at the indicator problem but told me they would get the parts ordered, should be in by end of the week. I asked them to call me when the parts were in to book an appointment sometime before the end of the month so I could do the annual inspection at the same time. I never got a call ... I called several time and finally go them on the phone on June 26! And was told the recall part was in but they never ordered the indicator part and it had to be diagnosed!!! I was like WHAT? I had it there and you never once told me you needed to do anything before ordering the parts, and I even told you what parts everyone on the net said were being replaced. Then the service manager (only guy?) says he doesn't make anything on recalls and warrantee work, and asks where I bought it. I refresh his memory and he tells me just take it there, he isn't interested in dealing with me!!! Amazing after so many years of taking my business there, the first time I have warrantee and recall work he isn't interested!?!?!? Well I will NEVER take either of my bikes back there again and will warn everyone I can to stay far Far FAR away!

Wayne Ahlquist the owner is the most dishonest person i have met, sold me a Harley Davidson V-Rod…read moreon 8/23/2023 claiming all fluids were changed and bike was inspected and had ZERO Problems, i went to pick up bike where He refused me a test drive stating "company policy NO test drives" i took him at his word (My biggest mistake) and after the over 2 hour drive with the bike on my trailer i took my first ride and found the bike was not going into neutral! i contacted Wayne who said i could bring it down and they would charge me to look at it, i decided to bring bike to laconia NH Harley Davidson who looked at the bike and said fluids were NOT changed and the clutch fluid was contaminated and the clutch master cylinder was bad and needed to be replaced, i paid $600 for the repair and sent wayne the bill copy where he said he is not paying i. this guy i found out buys local trade in motorcycles from other dealerships before the dealerships have a chance to go through them at a cheap price then resells them for alot more. acme bikes in Merideth nh is a dishonest shop and i warn everyone to run away from this place!

Because they had appointments and couldn't take a traveler and I would have to hang around for whenever and bike week is coming up. Called this place mind you where the ralley is happening. Their stand was absolutely get it in and it will be done today. It was done in three hrs. So if you really need something done and need it while you're traveling i recommend this place. I would highly recommend there service and when looking for a new ride put them at the top of your list. I wish every HD dealership was run this well and professional as this dealership.
