The only way I found out they decided to drop the case after almost a year and a half was when I called them to notify them that my mother had died. Even then I still didn't get a phone call back from them so not only are they incompetent and unresponsive, they are insensitive to boot. I would strongly advise anyone who needs an attorney for any kind of nursing home issues to look elsewhere because they do not care you will be just a number and in the end be completely ignored.
