Is there a way to give less than one star?…read more The worst agency ever. They should be working in the best interest of their client, but they don't. They fail to communicate, monitor or assist. Every agent is rude and refuses to take responsibility for their own errors. They failed to provide information to my mortgage company after many repeated requests and never reached out to me regarding the renewal policy. It was like pulling teeth to get a bill and policy. By the time this was completed and the mortgage company paid the policy it had lapsed. They never told me the policy was in danger of cancelling or even when it did cancel. I found out when the company returned my premium funds. They claim it is not their responsibility to monitor or communicate regarding my policy. If so, why are you even my agent? I have pulled every policy type from them, this is the last. They are horrible at representation and rude to boot! Add to this that my actual agent is unreachable, you have to deal with the office representatives. Why would you want an agent that is too busy to even speak to you. Stay far far away.
