We were giving a link to track the progress of the arrival, but it kept giving some erroneous information. We called the dispatcher a few times and even though the lady was nice, she kept giving us information that did not agree with what the AAA guy knew and/or said upon arrival. There seemed to be a disconnect between the dispatcher and the person coming to help us. We also were given the contact information of the guy, but even though we tried to chat and phone call the number, it did not go through. When Don, the guy arrived, he said, nothing comes through via his cellphone... Anyway, he checked the battery and it was dead....so we ended up buying a new battery on the spot...about $200. Easy.
