My whole family, my wife and three daughters have been training Jiu Jitsu and MMA for more than 5 years. I don't take who my wife and daughters train with lightly. We visited many gyms in the Tampa area before deciding to join Gracie Tampa South. Now after nearly a year of training here, I feel qualified to share my assessment. The kids and teen programs are second to none. Not only do the coaches provide absolutely impeccable technical instruction, they create an environment that engages the kids, keeps them positive and motivated. My three daughters have never been more excited and motivated to train than they are at GTS. The competition program, again is exceptional, and the GTS Competition team's performance and results shows this clearly. You really have to experience how these coaches are so good at creating an awesome environment for the kids to learn all the amazing lessons that come from training Martial Arts. I really appreciate master Baird for allowing me to be with my daughter as she is the smallest one in the class and is a bit intimated. She stays very close to me in the back during class and he has been very kind to let her transition into something new and build confidence to go with her group at her own pace. I sent an email stating that I had not used any of the classes I purchased and just saw where my credit card was used for another eighty nine dollars and did not know this was a "membership"plan.
