Well I was the third maintenance manager in the first year and saw that the complex was falling to the ground. They had pipes bursting. electrical outages, major Structal damage in every building. They had back decks on the 2nd floors about to fall to the ground. When they found out that a major storm could do major damage, the sold the property. They never wanted to fix the complex up. They just wanted to collect rent and hope nothing happens. When I saw what was going on and how shady they were I quit. And the day I quit, all the power went out on the property from out dated electrical work that was 40 years old. So glad I got outta there. But I feel bad for the people that have to live there cause it will be a major catastrophe one day .
