However, she was just using my listing as a benchmark and wasting my time to poach my verbage, my information and to have me do my work for her. This review is a long time coming. Lisa helped us secure a great apartment - all over the phone and via e-mail, at the end of 2011. She was VERY patient and VERY helpful, and made the impossible possible. I repeat - she literally did the impossible. If you try to move to SF from the East Coast, especially now, it's unbelievable. Proof of employment, proof of income, knowing that there 20, 30, 40 other people trying to get this same apartment that are actually IN the city and can set a totally different impression than you - the person that has no face, 3,000 miles away, and all of those other intangible barriers that are put up between the renter and the apartment. The competition - it's thick and tough. None of that matters to Lisa, and after handling (dealing with) our many, many (many) calls, and getting all the paperwork sorted for us, she landed us the apartment we wanted! Amazing!
