So even after his office rescheduled he still didn't show up. I don't see how anyone even gets passed the initial consultation which I prepaid for. He Failed to : call witnesses, question accuser about four different versions of her stories; Failed to verify DNA result that first was negative, but after passing through hands of police became positive. After the trial, Jensen demanded that the client's parents remit the "remaining" amount of $10,000 immediately. However, receipts proved that the full attorney fee of $25,000 had been paid and he was owed nothing. Furthermore, the defendant's parents did not sign a contract and were under no responsibility to pay him anything.
