I had to stop them and state that I wasn't interested their investment services but I had specific tax-related questions. I asked my questions, they took some information and I was told they'd get back to me by the end of the week. Two weeks goes by with no communication. I message them and get a call the next day with a proposal for $5k to start my own 501c3 that they would manage, in regards to my questions about charitable giving. They didn't address my other questions and when I asked to be sent more information about this they said they'd send it by the end of the week so I could review it and discuss it with my financial planner. They tried to tell me that they could be my financial planner. Again, two weeks of no communications. I message them again and this time they have not bother to contact me and it's been 5 days. I tried to go to the website and login to my client portal and all I get is a message that my account has been locked out. Shady folks. Wouldn't trust them to walk my dog much less be involved with my taxes or finances.

After waiting 2 days I called them back. The attorney I spoke to named Keith Carnesale was rude & actually said he had never heard that before and that my explanation of what happened to me "didn't sound convincing". What???!!! I wasn't aware I had to sell him on the terrible thing that happened to me. I was seeking legal advice. Not an insult. I told him maybe it was because I am exhausted from explaining things over and over the last 2 weeks. I asked him for a price quote & he said he couldn't give me a quote or range of what it might cost unless I know answers to everything other parties involved in the matter were doing. That was a waste of my time & energy. The 2nd time I called them I was told 8 hours for a call back & didn't get call. So after waiting 2 days I called them back and was told I could get a call back the following day. The lawyer who called me said she is a "call center attorney" which I have never even heard of. She was only interested in if I had $1,500-$3,000 in my pocket or not to retain their services for 10 hours of help. I told her I have a court appointed attorney who isn't telling me enough about my rights & what's going on with my case and I need answers to a few questions. She said, oh well, we cannot answer any questions because you already have a lawyer and tried to rush me off the phone. Another waste of time & energy. As well as the $59.95 I spent so far. I am seriously thinking of cancelling unless I just want them to do paperwork that Legal Zoom can do. Dealing with them gives a false sense of security until you actually need something then the reality of they are not really available sinks in. I have been subscribing on and off for a long time. In their favor, they did help me fill out a Living Will many years ago. But for dealing with matters before a Judge such as helping on evicting my tenants who didn't wanna pay, but decided to stay, or helping me on a Probate case with my Uncle who is trying to steal the family house & keep it all to himself, no bueno. They look for reasons to disqualify you from getting the help that you need. SMH.
