I definitely would NOT recommend this office to anyone. I brought my mom for her first appointment at this office. We live 45 minutes away but it's connected to Wellspan, so we decided to use them since all her other doctors are with Wellspan. The first issue is that the GPS directions to the office take you to a CVS store and you have to find the actual office on your own. The second and much more frustrating issue is that because my mom has mobility issues and walks quite slowly with her walker, we arrived 12 minutes past her appointment time. When I spoke to the person at the reception desk, she said they have a "10 minute policy" and that my mom would have to reschedule her appointment. I told them we had driven 45 minutes to get there and they could clearly see she has issues walking, but they didn't care. I let them know we would be making an appointment with another provider because we're certainly NOT returning to them. It took longer than 2 minutes for her to walk from the handicap parking spot to the office. They could have seen her through the windows as she approached the office. It's difficult for her to get out of the house and for us to go through that and drive 45 minutes one way only to be turned away was absolutely ridiculous. My mom got back in the car in tears. I ordered my second pair of orththodics and received them in May of 2024. I only used them in my sneakers which I wore at the most 2 hours a day and not every day. I noticed within 6 months that the left foot orthodic was wearing thin and making a hole at the heal. I went back to Martin's and was told that it would cost me $400 to replace the defective product with which I was provided provided 6 months ago. I was thoroughly dissapointed that this company had no concern about their patient's care. It appears that they are more concerned about the dollars in their pocket than taking care of their patient. I am sure if they contacted the manufacture of this defective product and told them of the problem, the manufacturer would make things right if they wanted to keep their business. Went to have a wart checked on my daughter's foot and was turned away at the door because I had my 2 other children with me. I'm a single mom and felt very discriminated against. Mind you my children were all in masks and there was only 1 other person in the waiting room. I wasn't offered any sort of accommodations but simply asked to leave. Poor customer services and not very accommodating. Will not be back! read more

Not a good experience here. I spent my first visit at the office trying to schedule an appointment. It was not going smoothly until an experienced receptionist took over. Ok, I get it everyone needs to train people from time to time. My 2nd visit was with the Dr. who spent a whole 5 minutes with me. I'm not exaggerating. The third encounter is when I had been waiting for my orthotics to arrive. They estimated 2-3 weeks and we were now into week 3 so I was looking forward to getting them any day. I received a call on Friday afternoon saying they had arrived. I said I would be there to pick them up in 10 minutes. The person who called me said that would not work because it was 4:55 pm and they were closing at 5 and would be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I asked him to wait 5 extra minutes and he said "no, come back Tuesday". After wearing the orthotics for 2 weeks to break them in the one side was painfully tight. I called to come in for an adjustment and that would cost me another Dr visit expense. So over $600 of orthotics and Dr. visits and they can't adjust them without another charge.
