I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not.
