When I contacted the court I was told the attorney has not submitted the agreement and that was truly frustrating. In the final analysis, hiring this lawyer to "handle my ticket" was a frustration and something I could have done myself. Not worth it. They took advantage of someone in a vulnerable legal situation and showed no accountability when called out.
