Did not care for the sweet italian sausage at all. Loaded with basil, which I do not like.

On average it's been taking 20 minutes longer to shop. I found items past the sell by date and told an associate, she had no clue where to look for the date! Another issue is with over packing the bags with either heavy items or to a point of over filling. We use the bags purchased from them so as not to use the throw away bags. When we checkout we always tell the cashier not to make them heavy, but they don't listen. I had to repack three bags to make the either manageable or so they don't crush items. We have been shopping here since 2019 so it's not easy to change but it's time. We have been shopping at Martin's and they have most of the items we use but meat, especially chicken breasts are better sized and trimmed from Redner's. Also Martins is not open on Sunday. We're going to start shopping at Weis and see if it meets our needs.

I was in the Ephrata store today and at 2pm there were only two registers with a cashier, the rest were self checkout and there seemed to be only one person running around to clear errors on them. Second problem is the parking lot and lack of parking spaces when the store is crowded. As a handicapped person I sometimes pull in to the lot and leave and go to Redners next door since their parking lot is nor on a hill and they have nore handicapped spaces.

Individual things, such as their beer cafe, uber-fresh salad bar, helpful deli folks, and excellent meat department are all highlights in this establishment. I've found the management to be friendly and approachable whenever questions arise. Chris and Vicky are top notch, and Megan, Martha, Kalyn, Lili and Ben are always 'on the ball' in the customer service department. Another great feature is a fantastic Pharmacy staff: Angelo and his crew are ALWAYS available for questions and concerns, even going so far as to find alternative options for pharmaceutical price reductions.

This spot is only open on Fridays but I was able to make it up from Washington, DC, after having a long weekend with a holiday. My family was totally into this spot. We easily could have spent all day here. Parking can get very busy. We ended up pulling into the grassy lot and walked about 10 minutes to the main market. You'll find everything from toys to crafts to antiques to junk and everything in between. The food is also fantastic. Come hungry. A hit for us was the pulled pork sandwich topped with cooper's sharp at the stand in the middle of the market by the actual auction. My kids never saw an auction and were transfixed. The atmosphere is lively and you'll see just about every type of person imaginable from locals to visitors from cities and other states!

I knew the Green Dragon is supposedly one of the largest flea markets on the east coast, but I was still blown away by the size of the place. There's a whole field of merchants in tents, along with... sheesh, I lost count... at least 5 other buildings. One of which is animal livestock auctions!! I want a goat so bad!! There are a bunch of food vendors, too. Our group decided on burgers. They were a hit. I left with a pound of "pan pudding" (also known as pork pudding, liver pudding) for a friend who loves it but cant find it in Baltimore. It's like scrapple, but has a different starch binding component. I've looked it up several times, trying to understand the difference and still don't really know. I love scrapple, pan pudding is okay. I also bought a dozen duck eggs. Tell me you don't love a good egg yolk... these are bigger. Jeremy says they have a slight gamey flavor but I didn't pick that up. I don't know that I'd buy them again, but they are really tasty. Lastly, I bought two pool noodle swords... for my wedding. We had jousting and swordfighting, on blow up horses and dragons... it was so much fun. Finding those swords was... well I didn't know such things existed, yet there they were, right in my path, waiting for me. Our friends left with a beautiful vintage croquet set. They paid $40 for it, only to get it home and find out its worth well over $400!! SCORE. We had a really great time. I'd definitely go back.

We were very impressed with the store and the employees and their courteous service. Thank you so much for displaying the sign that customers should wear masks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, a big thank you for the employees that are interacting with customers wearing masks also. We, of course, war masks also. We inquired about a craft beer, which they didn't have, but after discussing it with the courteous, knowledgeable ,young man employee, we ended up buying a different craft beer. The parking lot is convenient, the store is laid out nicely with plenty of room to enter and walk through the store, even during these times of required social distancing. The service was great. We will be back!

Thanks to some wacko PA laws, you'll inevitably find yourself in one of these (state-run? could a…read morelocal please help me out here) beer distributors. As near as I can tell it works like this: Beer, wine and spirits are not sold anywhere except beer stores and wine/spirit stores. You can't buy beer at wine/spirit stores and vice-versa. You can buy beer in a bar by the six pack, but you pay bar prices, so about $10 or so a six pack. If you buy beer from a distributor, you can only buy it by the case. So if you are already annoyed from having to jump through so many hoops to buy beer, the least a distributor could do is offer a great selection and have awesome service. Denver Beer Distributor does both. The guy who helped my brother-in-law and I talked to us about beer for nearly 30 minutes, offering his suggestions and opinions. For a beer snob like me, it doesn't get better than that!
