Over the last couple of years, they became increasingly less responsive to emails and phone calls - you'd have to call and/or email them multiple times in order to get a response. But they would still ultimately offer an apology, get the work done, and pay any late fees. This should have been our warning but we ignored the red flags. Finally, they just quit responding and totally ghosted us. Unfortunately, they filed an extension for us and we had to find another accountant to finish up the extension, which caused a late filing of our taxes. Zero communication. Stay away. Far away.
