Their arborist is so knowledgeable and doesn't bat an eye when you ask a silly or tough question about a tree, shrub, bush, etc. That's not at all common among other companies we've had quote pruning and preventative treatments. They won't oversell, but it's not the cheapest. However you get extremely well trainings and knowledgeable crews. Even when working, they'll stop to answer inquiries, share some deep tree knowledge, and respond to requests. When they finished their trimming, the didn't leave any messes. I was not happy with all the saw dust they left from grinding the stump, so I texted Vic and ask him to please remove more of it. He responded that he would stop by, but several weeks have passed and he hasn't bothered to stop by like he said he would. In the midst of taking down the tree, I caught one guy cutting through our flower garden with a wheel barrow, and I had to stop him. They trimmed several trees as well, and they did s nice job on all three. I'd recommend them for trimming, but they lack care and concern for items they move, and fail to put them back in place, or break them. I paid almost $5,000 for the work. I will not use them again.

When Casey arrived, he said he planned to take both trees completely but at the end of the day, said he couldn't. This left me with a nearly 30 foot tall tree trunk that now has to be removed because it is dead! I don't appreciate that one of the employees used the back yard as his bathroom for taking a dump.
