Their arborist is so knowledgeable and doesn't bat an eye when you ask a silly or tough question about a tree, shrub, bush, etc. That's not at all common among other companies we've had quote pruning and preventative treatments. They won't oversell, but it's not the cheapest. However you get extremely well trainings and knowledgeable crews. Even when working, they'll stop to answer inquiries, share some deep tree knowledge, and respond to requests. When they finished their trimming, the didn't leave any messes.
