This is now the policy here, they dont offer examinations, they do hands off consultations. Probably trying to prepare patients for a transition to some kind of "tele-health", where you'll be charged the full price of a real examination for a 15 minute consultation.

I paid my co-payment each time for the PT, have a receipt for each session and they have been dunning me for $100 for almost 7 months now. Each month I get a bill for $100, each month I get on the phone and discuss this erroneous bill , each time they drum up some other reason for the $100 and am still getting dunned for more $. Now they have put me in collection! So my advice is BEWARE! Go elsewhere for the PT. It wasn't worth the hours and hours of fighting the billing dept. FYI, a few years ago, I went there for PT and they kept sending me bills for more $ even though all my co-pays were paid. Seems like this is a pattern of playing the odds....hoping a certain number of people give up and pay. If I could give them a zero, I would. So frustrating and so unfair to patients.

The support staff at Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Wilton( 3044 Rte. 50) make an effort to acknowledge each patient as soon as they walk through the door. He would explain everything in detail and he would even go over my tests with me and explain the results. I like how there's an in house lab here so you can get your blood work done there. It was easy to make an appt here. A nice little doctors' office!!!
