I have a Tesla Model Y with three years of Great Pyrenees dog hair deeply embedded in every crevice, plus a real heartbreaker: a fallen tree branch had scraped and scuffed the entire front hood. I honestly wasn't sure what was salvageable. Luis worked his magic for over three hours and gave me back a car that looked brand new. Every single trace of dog hair -- gone. The hood? Buffed out beautifully, like the branch never happened. The attention to detail was truly immaculate, and it was clear he takes genuine pride in his craft. During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Would not book again and will continue to look for better vendors.

The wash was quick and they did a VERY thorough job, they clean different area of my vehicle where I didn't even realize needed cleaning. My car looked and smelled like it had just came out of the dealer, nice and shiny I loved it!!!!! They gained a new customer. Also the location is near the freeway and the business itself was very clean and professional. When I first arrived the ticket guy was very welcoming as was the kind woman at the cash register. There was some resin spilled in one of the compartments that was still a little tacky afterward, a few sap spots remained on the exterior, and there were still some marks left in one of the cupholders.
