I have a 2021 Hyundai Elantra that is black. I'm a pet sitter so I stay over at people's homes and my car is often left outside. He is a master of his craft, and even watching him work is a thing of wonders! I know nothing about the ins and outs of detailing. I'd argue I know just as much as the average person, but with the way Luis speaks on his work and experience, let alone watching him work, the man knows what he's doing! I had never detailed my car in 5 years since I got my vehicle in 2019, brand new from the dealership. And Luis had it looking just like the day I brought it home! I had concerns about my inside since I am a smoker and I've had some spills inside my car, but he cleaned my seats and neutralized the odors in my car with products I've never even heard of, and completely natural so as to not damage your vehicle as well! Simply put, he cares! And it's one thing to go to any detailer and have them do the job and call it a day, but when you have someone who enjoys what they do and listens to your concerns, that's service you just don't get anywhere else! He's so easy to talk to and call, and he can give you a quote on your vehicle and the cost for the work. The price was originally not what I had planned for, but the thing about detailing your car is it should be quality over value, every time. With the way he spoke about it, it makes sense. You can go down the street to a regular car wash and have someone hand wash your car and the inside for a low price of like 50 bucks. But chances are it's gonna be done with minimal care and effort, because you would be sacrificing quality for value. My car was not in the best of shape when Luis arrived. The outside was dirty and covered with leaves... the inside was a mess from tennis balls, rackets, dirt, music equipment, food, spilled drinks... Not to mention the car had a musty smell to boot! I had my doubts when Luis arrived because this was going to be a monumental task! Luis was a SUPER friendly, down to earth guy and he immediately made me feel at ease and in good hands.
