They told me that they didn't cut me off of the wet stuff, but instead I should call a plumber, there was a leak that led to someone who came and shut the water off. I called Tomsett early in the morning, and explained the problem. They said that they had a job in Aransas Pass, but this didn't sound like a big job, so they could take care of it immediately. Within minutes, they were on the job. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what was happening, what it was going to take to fix it. We discussed the options on how to fix it, and Tomsett made some recommendations. We immediately agreed, and the plumber made a small cut in the side of the wall to facilitate fixing the pipes, and had everything sealed up and fixed quickly. Chris was very good at what he does. I think it's a husband and wife team who make all this plumbing magic work. Their rates were fair, and their response time was immediate, which was greatly, greatly appreciated.
