I do not understand why the charge for labor is that high, especially since they are already charging $140 for a service fee. When I contacted two other companies they said that the two items replaced should take no more than 15 mins. Fast forward and we get this bill for $386.93 which included an additional 1 hour labor charge of $198???? The tech was here for an hour working (we have cameras that can confirm) then we saw him sitting in our garage on his cell phone, supposedly writing up a report. We feel this is overcharge of $198.00 and should be refunded otherwise their $90 *Special* is false advertising! Red's used to be a great AC company when the original owner was running the company and he was an honest and reputable person. The quality of his workmanship was what made him the 'go to company' for AC maintenance. He had a great reputation and everyone trusted his workmanship. However, when he retired and passed on the business it has changed and it's no longer about integrity and good customer service! I will no longer use them for any AC maintenance and would not recommend them!
