Ok, I rarely leave bad reviews but can't help but leave an honest one for the next guy…read more. I originally contacted Always Greener based on their online community support in the area. They seemed honest and trust worthy and personally I don't have time with the back and fourth B/S games that come along with trying to get the best value from services like these.. I try to find a company that will come out and be fair and honest from the beginning and I don't mind paying a little more to skip the B/S. That's why I went with always greener LLC and unfortunately they missed the mark. We had them out while we were in Hawaii to mow. Now after the job they took and sent pictures but did not take pictures of the 2 acre pastures that were slightly over grown (for the sake of transparency, one of the 1 acre pastures was a bit overgrown and likely the 1 acre would have taken a bush hog) but what they did, they took pictures and attempted to collect on the entire 5 acre job when they only did less than 3 acres. We were quoted $350 for 5 acres.. After getting back from Hawaii I reached out to give them a second chance.. for more money.. They quoted me $675 for the 5 acres!!! Like what kind of estimate is that? Needless to say the next company out laughed at that estimate and informed me it's quiet common for companies to charge perceived "rich" ppl more? Yea.. and this was why I originally picked this company? To avoid this... yet here we are, writing a Facebook review because how they operate is nothing short of predatory. Good news, we did get a good company out today for an estimate... $350 for all 5 acres, with mow lines, a tree branch removal and haul away, and weed eating. 1 pasture is also likely going to need a bush hog.... How is it half the price for even more work? Because this company will take advantage of you if they think you can afford it! Shame on these guys!
