We decided on Pitzer because he answered all of our questions clearly and explained all the steps to bring our yard back to health. He showed up the days he said he would (weather on our side) and did absolutely everything he promised would be done. We have a large front yard that required setting up four hoses attached to four tripods. He came back twice to adjust the tripods and explained the watering process importance to us. He comes back out two weeks after the initial seeding to see how it is doing and add any seed if necessary. We could not be more pleased with his skill and his service.
