Many of the laundromat's in my immediate area are crowded or run down. Wash City is the exception and truly a hidden gem. It looks like it is tiny from the outside, but inside is incredibly spacious. It is always clean and I can always find open machines with ease. And the bonus is that I can use Apple Pay right at the machine!

This is a high quality rug meant to be washed not one of those cheap rib off versions , that do have rubber. I have washed this exact rug over 5 times at this location. No problems machines never malfunctioned. Today I went to wash it and the man said "no carpet" to which I replied this is a washable rug. He attempted to tell me there was rubber on it. I said there was not feel it it's all fabric. The rubber was left at home. There was no rubber on the backing. This rug is engineered to be washed. It's large and I don't have a big enough wash that's why I have taken it here in the past. Suddenly, though I've washed MANY times before, this man tells me I cannot. He needs to look up high quality washable RUGGABLE rugs specially engineered to be washed. I didn't just bring in your every day rug. If you have a ruggable to clean do NOT visit this place they will not believe you even if you've been there before. They will idiotically tell you the rug has rubber even if they can clearly see and feel it is all fabric.

Then one returned with what looked like some detergent dried on. Then little things like the shirt not being flat when they pressed it, especially along the buttons. The big one was when they returned my clothes but didn't have the coat to my suit. It wouldn't have been a big deal except I was flying out the next morning. Luckily I had another suit I could wear but then I had another problem, I didn't want them delivering my jacket to a house that would be empty for days. I called and explained I was missing an item and asked they call me back. No return call. A day later I called again. Still no return call. When I finally got home, there was my suit coat, hanging by my front door, like a banner signaling to passers by that no one was home! It would be nice to have a set price list visible for customers to see. I now know why the turn around time was a week to sew on name tapes & rank for 4x uniforms. Upon picking up my items, I noticed a lot of issues with my uniforms. When I explained the deficiencies, the lady said she'd sewn many uniforms before and no one had issues (highly doubt it given the amount of errors)- I guess I'm the first. When I asked for my money back so I can take it on base to alterations to fix it, she said she could not give the money back but she will fix it - I just need to tell her what's wrong with each one. I value my time, if I had to tell everyone how to do their job- why would I need to pay $240 for something that's been sewn so many times before? Needless to say, I will take my money elsewhere & will not be back.
