Martone, PC was a terrible closing real estate law firm for a real estate closing I had with them several years ago. One of the attorneys (I believe she is Ms. Striano) was assigned to me. I feel this firm did not act in my best interests as a purchaser, instead they acted to only move the deal forward and never at any time advised me one way or another whenever a particular issue arose. At the time of closing, Martone's paralegals insisted me to trust them while signing documents. At the actual closing is when this law firm produced documents that I should have had earlier access to actually review- title, surveys, mortgage paperwork, etc. Be forewarned -their interest is in closing real estate transactions and not really advising you as a client in any responsible manner. read more
