She was thorough and asked me all kinds of questions in order to be sure that she recommended the best solutions or strategies that were right for me. Communication with her staff is always great, they are kind and responsive. I later decided to book my pap with midwife Taylor Hamil, also at the Koa Clinic. I should not have been so surprised, given their dedication to great service, but she was amazing. If that procedure has ever given you anxiety, I highly recommend scheduling with Taylor. She's extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Absolutely the best service for medical care. Nothing is rushed and I always feel heard.

I found a doctor (actually APRN) that I love and went my merry way. Then my APRN became sick and my intestinal issues returned. I thought that I would retry to get into the Koa Clinic. When I attempted to become a new patient, I was refused because I had refused to reschedule my appointment in March of 2024. Furthermore, during the text exchange (they do not answer phone calls) it became apparent that they still have my files in their records. I will be driving 2-1/2 hours to Hilo for treatment.
