Tldr; Nice environment, people, and stock. Worth the trip Wowza! Think you have to go to Austin for a good head shop? Think again! By far the best shop I've been to in quite some time. Definitely my new go-to. I personally decided to stop by in search of a Vape charger and maybe a bottle of liquid if they were well enough priced. The store was set up nicely with a center area for guests surrounded by glass display cases. A wonderful employee, the pretty girl sporting a pixie, immediately greeted me and asked if there was anything I needed. Upon stating what I needed, she asked to see my battery in order to make sure she provided me with the right charger and continued on to test the charger in front of me so I would know it fit and worked. After that, it was on to liquid. Their two brands (because more is not always better) were VERY well priced between $7.99-$9.99 for a 10 mL bottle. Vapor-Aid, the higher end liquid, had a wonderfully organized tasting bar and the store was well stocked with each flavor in varying nicotine counts. I left with two bottles. read more

Avoid this store!! They sell knowingly bad products. I gave them a 2nd chance and the product was defective both times, spent over $60. They were very rude and said I was out of luck. Bought a puffbar from them for $15, which is already a rip off. After buying it I walked out side to my car where I opened the packaging and then drove away. 2 minutes down the road I try to hit the puffbar and it's completely dead. I immediately turn around to go back to the store and return it for a new one but they have a zero return policy and won't help me out even though it's the same guy I just bought the bar from. So I guess they just stole $15 bucks from me. read more

Did not buy anything in the shop but I locked myself out of my car out front and my phone was dead. I went inside to see if I could use a phone to call a locksmith and they all jumped up to help me. One of the dudes even came out with a hanger and tried to help me open my car up himself! When we couldn't get it open they all looked up some locksmiths on their phones to find the cheapest one. One of the guys let me use his phone to coordinate with the locksmith and he came outside TWICE to give me updates on when the locksmith would arrive. Seriously the nicest people ever. Like rare and unwarranted kindness. This place is a gem. I would have been SOL without a phone and a car. I owe these guys a solid. Thanks again boys! read more

By far my favorite smoke shop in town! The store is set up like a glass gallery where all of the pieces are displayed in cases alongside the name and location of the artist. The staff is knowledgable and unlike some of the other reviews I've always had excellent, friendly customer service. Their prices are equal to if not lower than the price of the same quality products at other shops in town... And might I mention that all of their products are top quality! They have a fantastic new rewards program that's too unbelievable to describe! If nothing else, stop in and ogle the fantastic glass art and pet one of the animals that sometimes come to work with their owner. read more

Marvelous Smoke has always been the place to stock up on all my essentials. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable on everything that I had questions on. Prices are about the same as other smoke shops. Strangely this place seems to have better items in stock that cater to my needs compared to other smoke shops in town. Probably the worst smoke shop in the entire town. While the quality of the glass is grade A, there is a significant mark up on everything. However, the worst part of the entire store in the staff. The staff are consistently condescending and pretentious. They act as if they're "better" at smoking than you or something. The hippie man with the pony tail is the number one offender. He's obviously a manager at least, maybe even an owner, but definitely should be fired. I get it, you're the king of the local hill. You must think you're some kind of hot shot. Probably the snobbiest and rudest customer service I have ever received. After spending several hundred dollars there, I returned the next day to EXCHANGE a $14 item but was refused because some pony tailed guy claimed it was used. Said it smelled like illegal substance when I had clearly not used it. I probably wouldn't of been that upset but the manner in how he said it was beyond rude. I'm sure if my money smelled like an illegal substance they would of taken it. This store obviously does not care about customer retention and therefore does not care about overcharging on their products and/or not standing by them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is a really cool shop with a lot of high quality glass. The last time I went in there the guy, who I assume runs the place, was acting like a child. He was being rude and did not seem interested in my inquires. He was not helping at all, and when I asked him certain questions he would respond rudely with answers like "I guess". I really hate when employees treat customers like idiots and make no attempt to help whatsoever.
