I've been coming here every other week for the past few years. The shop looks great and they've got a fairly large selection compared to the other smoke shops in town that I've been to. They've got pretty great prices on Kratom and the people are usually attentive and helpful. As a side note, I'm usually only here to buy kratom, but I've bought a few disposable vapes here on occasion and they've always had me try it before I leave to make sure it working correctly which I appreciate. read more

Don't buy your vapes here. Vapes stopped working right after leaving the store. Came right back and they would not replace them or refund them even though we had just been in the store 5 mins before it happened because of their policy "that once you leave the store they don't refund. Offered a discount on new vapes after 40 bucks wasted. They probably know half the cheap vapes they are probably selling for way more than they should are going to fail and have that policy for that exact reason. Stay away from their cheap vapes... This has happened more than once and only attempted to get them refunded this time because I had literally just been in the store a moment before they stopped working. They don't even have a great selection of other pipes and stuff either... Most of their products are vapes that they obviously expect to fail or they wouldn't have that policy. I live in the next town over and was looking to pick up some glass so my friend took me to this place. Big mistake. For starters when I walked in the employee working was not wearing a mask. Secondly, I found a glass piece I liked in a box. When I got home and took it out of the box it was broken. I tried to take it back the next day (just to swap it out for another one, I didn't even ask for my money back) and was refused. Even though it was broken when they sold it to me. So if you're looking for glass or good service don't come here. There are much nicer shops with nicer people and better products at the square. read more

Let me just start off by saying as an avid smoker this shop has nothing appealing to the eye, the store crawls with a minimalist style and very bland atmosphere. One time whilst shopping here I overheard the employees being gaslight in the back and if not manipulated and makes me wonder if they're even being paid enough. It's always a pleasant experience to come into any fattys but San Marco's is my favorite. They're located in a discrete strip center, off the beaten path. Robin and Alex helped me today and from the moment I walked in the door, Robin was very knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating to exactly what I needed and then some. Alex came in shortly after to assist me and offer help if needed. These gentleman were so kind to let me browse and ask silly questions about all of the pieces they have. I love how as soon as you walk in, they are so quick to help you with whatever you have questions with. Very friendly. I wouldn't have it any other way! This shop is the only shop that I go to. Went in this place not too long ago and was able to make a couple of purchases I was not able to make at other shops whether the reason was price or availability, which is good. Also its phenomenal this shop stays open till midnight as you would assume all glass and smoke shops would. They sell defective products and will refuse to let you exchange any product no matter how soon after you bought it. A lot of their items are extremely over priced and id urge anyone who thinks to make a purchase here rethink what they are doing and just order it on Amazon at a 3rd the price. read more

Great store! The employee who helped me was very polite and professional (which can be rare at establishes like these). He was able to find what I was looking for in the back and since it was a discontinued product he gave me a great deal! He didn't try to force me to upgrade my device but when I showed interest he was knowledgeable and even directed me to go to a different store to find a better price because they didn't have any MOD's in stock that he recommended for me. Purchased a glass piece for my set up, because they seemed like nice guys. Problem was that the bowl didn't fit my setup, but when I went to exchange it they referred to a no refunds/exchanges store policy. When I explained to the guy that the bowl was unused and completely new he threw up his arms and said "Sorry." Here's the thing: both visits to this store were at different times of the evening, and during both visits I was the only customer in the store. Doing the math it's clear to see that there would be zero loss to the business by exchanging a piece they suggested I buy, which ultimately was unusable. I would've taken a cheaper replacement, so long as I could use the stupid thing! No, instead they'd prefer to ruin the potential for repeat business and risk bad online reviews for the sake of enforcing a dumb policy that gets them nothing, but gives me a glass piece I can't use and a headache. read more

My friend and I came in to buy a new quartz nail tonight. We've bought the same exact Chinese knock off nail probably 3 other times for $20, each time... But tonight it was suddenly  $35. Unfortunately, I noticed after I had already paid... That's when we started to have problems. We explained that we had previously paid $20 and would like a refund. Well that's apparently not allowed... which usually I'd understand considering the type of glassware and the use for it, however WE HADN'T EVEN LEFT THE BUILDING! We've been long term, happy customers at Fatty's for a very long time; my friend even sold his glass there. Never had a problem before, but this new manager sucks!! BRING BLAINE BACK!! I love fatty's but tonight I found myself very disappointed in them! Im a loyal customer along with my boyfriend. I was interested in purchasing a grav lab steam roller which was $40. I went over to marvelous smoke and they had the exact same steam roller for $25. I go back to fattys and ask for a price match and they refused to do it. I was sad to walk away from them but you don't do your loyal customers like that. If you need smoke stuff go to marvelous smoke , they will price match!! read more

Clean, bright and very professional place. My husband and I checked this place out at 10:30 on a Wednesday night and it was busy- the one guy working there was hustlin'. They have an extensive selection of large glass pieces, and from what I saw it was a nice mix of national and local stuff. Bought a $500 water pipe from Fatty's and was disappointed to find out it did not work at all. Despite the fact that the piece did not function the owner was unapologetic and refused to exchange the piece even for store credit or a pipe of lesser value.
