I decided to choose your restaurant as I see it everyday. When I got my wings there was 5 and then a tiny mini wing with no meat on it. I was saddened. Deeply. They tasted ok but they were all drumsticks. The pizza was oldly shaped. At time of check out it seemed as though the cashier was high on crack. He was shaking and his voice was very odd. First time trying here, we enjoyed it. It's ordered a La cart and they brought to the table for us even though it wasn't necessary. The food was hot, fresh, flavorful and portioned well. We had the Marvelicious pizza, with ham, chicken, cheese and sweet and sour sauce. Loaded chicken ranch fries were great. The kids got a chicken finger meal and a huge spaghetti dinner which filled us all. Staff was friendly, and inviting (as well as patient as we looked over menu). I was customer for over 19 years, long time ago it was the best pizza place. We used to order from this place 1-2 times per week and for all parties we had. I still remember when you only had the blue cheese in little containers and I remember speaking with the owner and saying you should put it in jars and which you guys ended up doing. Now this place became horrible, and pizza is so bad. Each time I order mushroom pizza (which I used to always get) it's being wet and raw. I already told them that , and they recommended to grill mushrooms separately. So some time it not that wet , but this time it's just probably gonna be the last time I will ever order from them pizza. First of all they grill mushrooms on the side and gave them separately to me wrap in foil instead of putting on the pizza and finishing baking together. But pizza even with out mushrooms came out still wet and raw, so I had to put those mushrooms on and finish baking it at home. After calling this place and telling my pizza is wet I was told it's probably because of the cheese they use. But it wasn't like that before 3-5 years ago. So for that price they charge and what you get now not worth it to order pizza here. There chicken wings still ok, and we love their blue cheese, but would not recommend theirs pizza's. read more

I have been hornswoggled by the other more advertised pizza places in Webster! Mozzeronis is my new ONLY place for this kind of take out in Webster! The other night we wanted some food and the 'other' shops were all closing and stopped raking delivery orders. My niece said let's try the place across from Noco. WELL! We got 2 subs and some wings... SO GOOD! 1st..Steak out. We totally requested to alter it...a lot. My partner has said this was the best sreak sub of her life. I got Big Bertha plain with nothing. Smothered with Frank's when it got here...PERFECTION! The wings were perfect also I am told by our 15 yr old wing Connoisseur! So tonight we did it again. 3 steak outs and a turkey sub. And she was right..The best steak sub ever!! And everyone was very nice, kind and accommodating. 5 STARS ALL DAY!! I would have posted a pic, but everything is gone!!! I've moved from MA to a Senior's Apartment building here in Webster. The neighbors are great and we often have building-wide meals to get together. When the meals include pizza, It has always been from Marks. Marks may be a Rochester tradition, but I'm not a fan. Anyway, I planned a pizza party a few months ago and decided to give Marvin Mozzeroni's a try. The Pizzas were delivered almost exactly on time, both still had their crispy bottom crust, and both were DELICIOUS! Ordered 2 fish frys this evening based on good reviews. With tip, 42.00, take out. Fish was severely over cooked, actually black on bottom. Hard as a board, fries cold and soggy and Mac salad served in aluminum foil fashioned into some kind of cup. I was in the mood for pasta and decided to try this place. And I was more than satisfied. Plenty of pasta and sauce for my order and I added 2 meatballs. I found this to be enjoyable pizza! We ordered one personal pizza thin; two of the pizza teezers which are thin whole wheat appetizer pizzas; and one order of garlic Parmesan wings. The personal pizza was really flavorful. I ordered thin and I felt like the pizza was puffy like a pillow. So I'm not sure if something went wrong there? But it was really tasty. It was four pieces and I ate them all except the one piece my little son ate. He gobbled it up and this kid doesn't eat! I thought the chicken wings were pretty good. I only had one and I didn't long to have another. They were nothing to write home about but they're definitely better than Jeremiah's. I still think Donnellys has better wings though. (Both in Fairport) The little pizza appetizers were quite comical. They are so thin it's almost unbelievable. But they are very tasty. It's good for someone I think who is dieting who wants a pizza but doesn't want all the calories! Or if you want to order some of their other food but still have a taste of a pizza this would be a great option. Because when you eat it, it feels like you're really eating a pizza but it's thinner than a cracker! This place has parking in the back and also a seating area. It's a fun place and if I lived in town I'm sure I would go there at times. Check it out! Another note--I ordered the pick up through yelp pick up and I really liked it. I even put in my credit card and all I had to do was swing by and pick it up. They also had a delivery option. I was really impressed with that feature on yelp. The menu was just loaded with items. There are lots of pizza options in Webster, but Marvin's really has no peers. The owner, Mark, always insists on perfection, and he delivers. Overall one of the worst pizza experiences I have had in Rochester. Started poorly with the incorrect initial charge, even though I reminded her as she was typing in my order I had a coupon, showed it to her and she still rung it up without it. Only when I pointed out the total on my slip was $8 higher than it should have been did she say, "right you have a coupon or something?" She wasn't even listening. Then on a busy night with a lot of foot traffic my family simple order of large pepperoni pizza cut in smaller pieces should have been out within 15-20 minutes. Instead my cousin who walked in 15 after me ordered a large pepperoni and hers was done in less than 10. Where was mine? When I asked they said it has about 4 minutes to go. 10 minutes later they went in the back and couldn't find my slip. But assured me another 4. 30 minutes later, the pizza was done and not cut in small pieces. Ok, irritating as can be, but the attitude on why my take out was double the length as everyone else's? "Oh we are busy, can't you see that?" Not quite the customer service I anticipated after the multitude of error... Now the actual pizza? I would have rather had cold dominos from my college days, or a frozen Tony's pizza than this cardboard garbage. Drown the pie in blue cheese and it might be redeemable. In fact, the blue cheese was the only redeeming quality about my wasted $24. Oh except the bottled Aquafina was pretty good. Don't waste your money. Friday night pizza night. We have not had good service from two other pizza places in the village of Webster so went to Mozzeronis. It didn't disappoint. Takeout order was on time hot and what we consider the definition of Upstate New York pizza -saucy and thick crust.Sauce was thick and not too sweet. crust flavorful and not chewy. Hot wings were hot but not too. They even were still a little crispy which is hard to find by the time you get order home. Big points from us for that. The gentleman that answered the phone used my name and remarked that I had not been there since 2010. Yet it did not deter him from giving very friendly service to me on the phone and when my husband picked it up. We have found our neighborhood go to pizza place. Most of my experience with Mozzeroni's has been with delivery but my family keeps asking for more. The sauce is on the sweet side, but the combination of pepperoni and sauce have a satisfying but minor bit of spicy heat. Vegetable toppings are decent but nothing special. My family prefers the pizza when ordered as a sheet. The crust is puffier and the amount of sauce makes for an overall more flavorful pizza. My wife and I love the way they cook their wings. Most places don't seem to cook the wings at a high enough temperature so you end up with rubbery wings and/or overdone meat. We've had consistently crispy wings with juicy meat and not to mention hot to the touch delivery from Mozzeroni's. The "buffalo" wings are a nice flavor that many might need to acquire a taste for as it isn't the typical orange sauce, but my wife and I can't get enough of the barbecue wings. It's a barbecue sauce that is similar to the Masterpiece brand sauce (it may even be that brand) and when the wings arrive hot and crispy there's no better wing I can think of. Service experiences have been good to excellent for the most part. A couple of downsides: The delivery person will want to rub an impression of your credit card onto a receipt which is awkward and slow (they used to carry old-style machines to do this). Also, the blue cheese dip that comes with the wings is diluted with milk or just very bland. We don't even crack it open anymore. If you enjoy trying different pizza and wing places, don't miss this one. Try the sheet and some barbecue wings. read more

We are always greeted in a friendly manner, or food is always hot and delicious, and after ordering from them almost once a week, I can only recall one time there was a small error on our order. I love Italian and "Marvin's" at this location specifically always delivers on quality, professionalism, and overall on great attitudes. The first time i walked in I explained I was new in town and more importantly asked how was the food? The young man behind the counter was honest and said the food is great and I saw he took an honest pride on what he did and the quality speaks for itself. (The whole staff has always shown this trait.) To this day Marvin Mozzeroni's is always my first choice on takeout.(Especially this location, They have always met my harsh standards and I always feel satisfied with my purchase. THE PASTA DINNER WAS AMAZING!!! I ordered on grub hub, the food came fast I was very happy and surprised to find that the salad that comes with the pasta dinner was much bigger than all these other dinners and pizza shops. Not only that but the pasta dinner came with this amazing bread with butter on it must have been home made so good!! I feel the price honestly is reasonable for the amount and quality of the food as well. Menu is HUGE I cannot wait to order again this weekend!!! I normally buy my wings from the Philly Cheesesteak restaurant on Long Pond Road. I was in Webster and had a coupon for Mozzeroni's. Their menu advertises a dozen Jumbo Wings for $12.49. They were tiny. I weighed them when I got home and they were 18 ounces. That works out to over $11 per pound. Go to Philly Cheesesteak restaurant for your wings.
