It cost us $600 to repair the saltwater cell as a result of their negligence, but we "ate it" and decided to give Phil another chance. We should have walked away then. After agreeing to service the lawn only on weekdays, he sent crews on weekends anyway. When I called to remind him about my request, he ignored me. When I saw him later and asked him about it again, he said that it was inconvenient for the crew not to work weekends and that they would get to my house when they were in the neighborhood. Today, I called him to let him know that his crew had cut back the Fishtail privacy hedge too far. This happened after we had agreed many times to let the plants grow in for privacy. He raised his voice at me, yelling that his crew was doing the best it could after 5 days of rain. When I said the rain was irrelevant and that I was just asking for his help to fix the problem, he said, "What do you want me to do?!" before lashing out with rude and personal insults.
