The technician arrived and advised me to replace some bolts which should fix the pro lem. If not then purchasing a new unit would be the next step. We did as advised and it still didn't work- forcing us to buy a new washing machine. After purchasing and installing the new unit- we discovered the bolts he advised us to replace were in fact the shipping bolts. I would hope that a technician coming to assess a piece of equipment, given the model number/year of the machine in advance would be able to identify what SHIPPING BOLTS were. After explaining this to the manager they refused to refund the $50 fee for the error on his technicians part. Your better off going on YouTube to find a solution rather than calling their inexperienced technicians. The manager blamed us for the mistake in the end which only made the situation worse.

Canceling an appointment because a customer didn't answer the phone an hour and a half before the agreed time is unreasonable. Misrepresenting the situation afterward makes it even worse. He did reply saying ok he will come after 10 but , then changed up on payment by check etc. that was unsettling and seems that details change too much . Needless to say.. I'm too uncomfortable with this unstable communication. I decided then to just cancel as there's no trust in this communication so, how can I trust the repairs? I called during their business hours on three different days before the day of my appointment and never got an answer. I left a voicemail with the ticket number, my name, phone number and even a verbal confirmation of the appointment with a request for a call back and never got one. It's now 2 hours after the 12-5 PM window and not only has no technician come, I STILL haven't gotten a call back. Maybe everyone took the week off but whatever the reason, I'm never agreeing to any service with them again.
