The two employees didn't make contact with me and just served their friends. I was very patient for a long time, but I continued to not get acknowledged. I tried to flag them down and make eye contact myself. If there was another way to order, it was not immediately apparent. After about 15 minutes of watching the employees chat with their friends and only serve them drinks, I finally did say something. Yes, I was upset, but rightfully so. In summation, this brewery should be more welcoming of new customers who are just traveling through.
