Gloria is well known, and her web page is reviewed often and extensively by many of the Monmouth County realtors. Less than a week after my property was listed, Gloria conducted two open houses. The first was for perspective buyers and the second was for local realtors. This approach provided my property the maximum exposure possible. In addition, Gloria, her team member Brian Woolley, and many other realtors showed my property numerous times over the next two weeks. This comprehensive and highly efficient marketing procedure resulted in multiple bids over the asking price. Finally, Gloria conducted a "best and final" bidding process and participated in price negotiations. The result was my property was placed under contract in less than three weeks after it was first listed. The contract price was substantially above the asking price. Unlike most real estate brokers, Gloria personally participated in each of the actions described above. Two activities that always provide real estate sellers a great deal of anxiety are the buyer's inspection and the Certificate of Occupancy inspection. Both can identify defects requiring expensive repairs and delay the closing significantly. Gloria completely handled both inspections in a professional, highly competent, and efficient manner. Avoid trying to buy any house she is selling and be careful if you use her as your realtor, it's only a matter of time before she gets in trouble for her practices.

Kathryn is by far the best! After attempting to work with several realtors on our recent cross country move from CA to NJ, my frustration level continued to rise. All were half-hearted in their attempts to address my needs and wants, and knew less than I did about their own markets. It was awful! When I contacted Kathryn about one of her listings, I immediately felt that she was different. Despite Kathryn not taking part in a USAA Buyer's Advantage program, in which I would get money back toward our purchase, I decided to use Kathryn exclusively. That's how comfortable I was with her! And despite being a top performer for her company, she always had time for me, even when my search dragged on for months! Not only was she extremely helpful during my long distance house hunt, she happily and without complaint drove all over central NJ with my 80 year old mom, and even more cantankerous 85 year old aunt, who were assisting in the hunt.
