Although the firm markets itself under Dimov, my return was handled by someone else entirely, with no clear ownership or accountability. More concerning, I was asked to pay based on incomplete, placeholder estimates before critical items like CA Form 592-B credits and depreciation were finalized. On top of that, I was required to sign a liability waiver before they would even proceed--essentially shifting all risk to the client. For a paid tax service, this level of disorganization, lack of transparency, and risk transfer is unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm.
