I called to book an appointment on December 9 and was told the soonest available was January 12. When I showed up on January 12, they had no record of me or my appointment, despite the fact that I sent all my info to their receptionist weeks ago, and she was able to locate that email. Patricia, who claims to be a manager, acted like I was lying, offered zero apology, and just told me to wait another two weeks for a new appointment and that I'll be added to a waiting list for a sooner appointment if that happens to happen. She didn't try to help, didn't apologize, and wouldn't even give me a management email to file a complaint or send any written confirmation for my records. She blamed a "change of team" and said she couldn't find out who helped me before. Completely unacceptable experience, no accountability, no professionalism, and no real solution.

I was pretty lucky to stumble across Dr. Moyers when I had an urgent situation that needed resolution during a trip. Her office staff are friendly and easy to work with - they make it easy to send in your records and quickly lead you through the process of getting your insurance on file, etc. Her office is easy to access (on the second floor) with lots of parking in the gigantic parking lot outside, and the waiting room is comfortable and outfitted with lots of interesting (and recent! Like, less than a month old!) magazines. But you won't have much time to read the magazines, because wait time at Dr. Moyers' office is very short. I'd been in the waiting room for significantly less than five minutes when Dr. Moyers' nurse called my name. Her nurse is friendly and easy to talk to, and their intake room is comfortable and nicely lighted - definitely not my experience in most medical offices. Once in the exam room, I waited less than five minutes until Dr. Moyers came in. She appeared to have read my chart and was able to quickly work with me to meet my needs. Something I thought would require multiple appointments was resolved in a single appointment and just a few minutes. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the professionalism and skills of Dr. Moyers and her staff. Highly recommended, I just wish she practiced where I live!

Follow-up visit, to discuss bloodwork results, additional $100. 2. Willingness to work with patient. After requesting a letter of medical necessity, required for my health savings account the response was, "Yeahhh, we don't do that. If you want a copy of your medical records that's $25." 3. Quality of Care. During review of my bloodwork I had to explain importance of being in the "optimal range" versus the "normal range". When I called the woman at the desk was impatient. She informed me I would not be seen for at least two months, the doctor would need all my records, review the records, and decide if he would take me as a patient. I tried to expedite my records by seeing how I could assist. She informed me they would get my records from my previous office. Since it's been over two weeks and no one has contacted me about a records release. I assume I should just keep shopping or take whatever kind of care i can get and hope for the best.
