I had been previously seen by an office near me. However, there was a language barrier. I was never seen by a doctor. I was paying for things that my insurance should have covered. I was informed that a random doctor on call would delivery my baby, and I could not meet the physician prior. As I was searching for a decent physician I came across this office. When I called the woman at the desk was impatient. She informed me I would not be seen for at least two months, the doctor would need all my records, review the records, and decide if he would take me as a patient. I tried to expedite my records by seeing how I could assist. She informed me they would get my records from my previous office. Since it's been over two weeks and no one has contacted me about a records release. I assume I should just keep shopping or take whatever kind of care i can get and hope for the best. I have so many wonderful things to say about this doctor's office. Dr. Sejour is, without a doubt, the best doctor I've ever met. He takes his time with each patient--so yes, you might spend a little longer in the office than expected, but it's because you're receiving the absolute best care. Dr. Sejour is full of compassion, care, and carries a truly kind, Christian heart. I developed preeclampsia at the end of my pregnancy, and he went above and beyond to make sure both my baby and I were safe. The week before my delivery, I was hospitalized due to high blood pressure, and he checked on me constantly--it meant the world to me. After my C-section, he continued to check in multiple times. His level of care is unmatched. The fact that he's the on-call doctor during nights and weekends--and he's the one who answers--says everything. If you end up in the hospital, he'll show up in person, not just call. If something needs to be signed, he's the one who signs it--no stamps, no shortcuts! This was my second baby, but only one was delivered by Dr. Sejour. I can't have more children (tubes removed), but if I know anyone expecting, he'll be the first doctor I recommend. I've never met Dr. Sejour, reviews indicate he is pretty good but unfortunately, I was scheduled for my well woman's exam with the NP, who was extremely dismissive when I told her about my chronic fatigue. Turns out, I have hypothyroidism and extremely low progesterone, which was discovered by another practice that took the time to order bloodwork and get to the bottom of these issues. Some time later, I had my mammogram results sent to Solace for review. Shortly thereafter, I was notified that I would need to return for more imaging. I specifically asked Solace if this was due to an area of concern and was explicitly told no, that it was only because the first images were not good enough. When I finally returned for my second mammogram, I was told by the imaging place that there was, in fact, an area of concern which required an ultrasound. Thankfully, there was a doctor on staff at the imaging center, so I did not have to depend on Solace to review. The final straw was when I called Solace to get a prescription filled and was told that I would need to be seen before they would agree to do so. This made absolutely no sense, so I called my Telehealth provider who wrote me a prescription immediately. After several negative experiences with them, I'll be finding another practice. read more

I recommend Dr. Sejour as an OB. I went to Dr. Sejour for our first (and only) baby based solely on reviews and am adding mine to the mix. If I have another baby I won't hesitate to go back. This is a small independent clinic, not corporate, and you can tell - I mean that in the best way. In addition to professional achievements, his bedside manner is excellent, he is kind and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Sejour is genuine and sincerely cares about his patients. Our delivery had some rough patches due to a minor complication I had developed but he was able to help me navigate through everything and we avoided a c section. He also visited multiple times during recovery to make sure things were going ok. The nurses at Methodist noted he was one of only a couple of doctors that delivers there that is present for almost all of their patients' births - at any hour. When the time came, I really appreciated that Dr. Sejour was there personally. I also really really liked the ultrasound tech. She was fantastic and seemed to really care about my well being and how the baby was doing. read more

This facility is amazing. The whole team here is amazing, not just the doctors. My husband and I had such a great experience that we've told all our friends and family to look into going here when they decide to start a family. Our pregnancy was a little iffy at times and sometimes concerning, but they truly made me feel like we were going to make it through to full term, and we did. They put everything they have into taking care of whatever it is that you need and then some. If we ever get the chance to have another kid, we will 100% be coming back. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me the way they did. I will forever be thankful and hopefully y'all trust me when I say that this is the place to go. Although the wait time was long, it was worth it. The Dr. was so very personable and sweet. He answered every question and made sure we understood how much he cares for his patients. He said himself that since we were courteous to those before us and waited our turn, that the patients after us can show the same courtesy... that answering patients' questions are more important than shoving as many patients into a day as possible. He asked permission before moving the gown or touching me, which made me and my husband feel very comfortable. He also made jokes with me and my husband that made it feel like we had known him for quite some time. I just recommended him to my friend who is newly pregnant, because he was that great! this place puts me to tears. in my first couple of visits, i noticed the employees are always in a bad mood. (warning!) i had to get my blood drawn and the lady that drew blood was very unprofessional and unorganized. she knew i have a fainting issue and have a panic disorder, but she was making me more nervous because of how she was acting. i mean, she didn't know where anything was. when she actually drew my blood, her hands were shaking and it was painful. it took her 5 minutes to draw my blood just after sticking the needle in. i usually saw dr natalie and was shocked when i was seeing dr farly sejour, or there was no explanation of the transfer. i felt that he is extremely rude, talks way too soft and doesn't speak louder when i tell him i can't hear him due to a hearing deficiency. i called the office to ask about the possibility that i had HG, and they put dr farly sejour on the phone. i told him my frustrations and concerns for not being taken seriously, by any doctor. he told me "if i didn't take you seriously, i would not be on the phone with you making my clients here wait." i understand he may have been frustrated as well, but it was an uncalled for comment as well as plain unprofessional to say. read more

Visiting Dr. Sejour was an absolute waste of time and I left his office in tears. I was referred to him because my condition needs immediate attention/treatment. Upon arrival, his staff was very dry, and very unpleasant. Dr. Sejour seemed like I was bothering him by being there, and he flat out told me that my pain level shouldn't be as bad as it is for the current condition I'm in. Like excuse me???? As a Ob-gyn, and a professional, you should NEVER discredit your patients and their pain tolerance. Everyone is different and I actually have a very high pain tolerance and to hear that was disgusting. My PCP forwarded over all of my test/labs/diagnosis and he didn't even take the time to go over them. He offered no solutions, no compassion, he didn't even greet me and my husband upon entering the room. He even scheduled a procedure I need mid-April. That is a month from now and my condition is considered pretty serious. Luckily I found another Ob-gyn who performed the same test the same day, and I am finally on my way to relief! He mentioned that if I waited any longer, things could have gone differently. I'm going to assume Dr. Sejour was having a bad day and moving forward, I hope no one has to experience what I did. I would never refer him or step foot in his office again for that reason. read more

I was worried I wouldn't find a good doctor considering I was new to the area (just moved from California) I was referred to him by a friend of mine who used him for her first pregnancy. Dr Sejour's office staff is absolutely incredible!!! From the front desk, to the ultra sound techs... everyone is so awesome. Dr Sejour is so gentle, kind, compassionate and patient! Natalie his NP is so sweet too. This was my first pregnancy so I was full of questions. He took his time explaining everything to me. My labor and delivery was so peaceful and smooth because of him. If no stars was possible, that's what I'd give it . Been in pain for over a month and could not be seen the day of my appointment. Explained to the front desk personnel that it was hard for to get off on time to get there 15 min before my appointment and that I have taken off from work to be there. However I was on time for the actual appointment. She informed me that they were already behind and that I could not be seen today to keep the doctors ontime with other appointments. I would have been happy to have been seen after the last patient of the day, but nothing was offered other than being rescheduled a month out in advance. read more

First time customer here. Knocked off stars due to the waiting area and customer service that the receptionist provided. My appointment was at 1:45 wasnt seen until almost 3. The receptionist acted like this was normal...when there was people who had gotten there WAY after me getting called before me. I was a former medical receptionist so i know how things work and i know they double booked when i heard another customer come in and say she also had a 1:45. I understand staff cannot promise a certain wait time but when you have a patient waiting for an hour you at least keep them updated and apologize for the inconvenience of not being seen on time. A good receptionist will keep the patient updated just to buy time to prevent an upset customer. I was the second to last person called for that time frame. And what flabbergasted me the most is that not ONE person apologized for the hour wait. I didnt get called to the back until 2:45. And the lady had the audacity to look at me as if i was rude when taking me to the back. The ONLY reason i made another appointment is because of the nurse or doctor that saw me, i will get her name later. She was the ONLY professional experience out of this entire thing. read more

Dr. Sejour is one of the best obstetrician/ gynocololigist I have ever been to. Went here as a first time patient because I was having a little bit of an emergency. He went above and beyond to do what he could to get results. My procedure needed to be done as soon as possible so he did it after office hours. He was able to catch my cancer cells early. I cried when he told me and he gave me a hug and assured me that everything would be okay. His staff and assistant are very nice to. I highly recommend Dr. Sejour. read more

The best thing I did my entire pregnancy was choose Dr. Sejour as my OB. I had a very traumatic first birth of my daughter where the dr really dropped the ball so I knew this time around I needed to put much more research and time into who became my dr. I again had some hard things come up in this pregnancy health wise and he was there every single step of the way, he came to the Hosptial to check on me multiple times a day after my c section, he never made me feel anything but comfortable despite all my anxiety I was having he even prayed with me before I had to go in for surgery.
