I didn't receive the final pictures until September 15. I reached out several times asking for updates and was completely ignored. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. If her computer really broke I feel like she would have said that when I initially texted her. Anywho, she then texted me stating I could pick out 3 backdrops to add to my photos free of charge because she didn't get my photos back to me on time. I sent her the backdrops I wanted with the pictures I wanted them on and still have not heard from her. This was over two moths ago! She is kind of unprofessional in my opinion for the price she charges. If you want someone honest with good quality and communication, I would recommend going elsewhere. My photos were just okay, I've had better, but wanted to give someone new a chance. She was also late to the studio for the session. I don't recommend this photographer.

She was still able to capture beautiful pictures outdoors and make sure I was safe and comfortable. I regretted this decision as my husband passed away two months after our boy was born. They were both so apologetic and kind and invited me back when I was ready to take baby pictures for me. I reached out again when I had reached a safe point in my grief when he was 9 months old. They even took some photos of him with his grandmothers as a combined grandmothers, baby, and mommy and me shoot.
