I've been a patient of Dr. Fuster for 20 years. I can't imagine going to another dentist. From the moment I walk in her staff welcome me and make me feel comfortable. I am a very nervous patient and their friendliness really helps set the tone for the appointment. I'm always shown right to a chair and they get to work right away on my cleaning. I go three times a year and I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned because Dr. Fuster and her staff make it so enjoyable. There's always something interesting to watch on the TV in each patient area. On the few occasions when I've needed to have something done like getting Invisalign aligners or having some cavities filled, Dr. Fuster and her staff have always walked me through the process and prepared me for what is going to happen. From her cozy office, her amazing staff, to her fur babies, Dr Fuster tames one of my most irrational fears. I really wanted to love this place; The staff are all warm and friendly and Dr. Fuster is really caring and kind. The problem comes when you're seen by the other dentists here. I've been here 4 times. Twice with Dr. Fuster which went really well, and twice with someone else. On one occasion my fillings fell out within a week (Dr. Fuster fixed it quickly) and the other, for a cleaning, was so rushed that I waited longer to be seen than the cleaning (literally 7 minutes from "aaaahh" to "now go rinse your mouth"). read more

I have new dental insurance, so I did a search on the provider's website to find a dentist near my work. Dr. Fuster's office turned out to be very close, so I went with that one. She was warm and friendly, as was her staff. They explained each step as they went through my appointment, and I felt very comfortable, as well as confident that I was in good hands. This dentist totally misdiagnosed me, treated me for a crown that I had to have removed today after getting a 2nd & 3rd opinion because I know my mouth and knew the problem I was having was the tooth she placed the crown on, however she was blaming it on the tooth behind it. Never in my life have I had any major issues with my teeth... things change as you get older but you should be able to trust your dentist is properly taking care of you. All shes been doing since I got this crown in March is brushing off the fact that Im complaining about pain 3-4 months later. Instead refers me to a specialist for a root canal because she's supposedly done her part and what she did was not the problem ... so she claimed. Well as of today, what she did is where the problem lied. This is terrible because I really believed Dr Fuster and her staff were for the patients and not just the money. Turns out I was wrong, its all about the money and cost me a great deal of pain and more money than I can afford. That tooth she crowned ended up needing to be extracted. No root canal was required at all on any of my teeth... I complained for weeks & months about the newly crowned tooth and she just brushed me off blaming the tooth behind it which is perfectly fine. But now she got her money and doesnt care about how she misdiagnosed me and brushed off my complaint. I dont recommend this place at all unless you just have money to spend without the issue being resolved. I am so glad I had my 2nd & 3rd opinions done and got the treatment i needed; well the start of it. The newly crowned tooth needed to be extracted and I am now in the process of getting an implant of which I must pay out of pocket for because Dr Fuster milked my insurance for a crown that didnt even fully cover my tooth. She gave me a copy of the xray to give the specialist referring for a root canal on the tooth that had no issue. On that same xray, and the panoramic xray done today to root out the problem; BOTH clearly show there was a cavity under the tooth she crowned... but she ignored it blaming the wrong tooth; not ever mentioning it. and it was pointed out to me today during my exam for this ongoing pain. Thank God for 2nd & 3rd opinions... I am no longer in pain after 4 months, I can sleep now without waking up, work and do normal activities again without being in excruciating pain. Dr. Fuster is the BEST!!!! She has been the dentist to my older son for 18 years. My younger son has a different dental insurance so he had to go to a different dentist. That dentist recommended my 12 year old to a pediatric dentist because of his anxiety issues. Dr. Fuster heard about it and said for us to bring him to her. She is so gentle, kind, explain step-by-step what she is doing, my 12 year old loves her. We are paying cash out of pocket to be treated by her and she is worth every penny. My regular dentist misdiagnosed my dental issues and delayed addressing them until it became problematic to bite down on my left side of my mouth due to its sensitivity. I went to be treated by Dr Fuster on a recommendation. I 'm glad I did and really appreciated that she and her staff was able to accommodate both my wife & I as a late notice emergency patients. It turned out that a delay in treatment caused me to have a dental infection needing extraction. Dr Fuster took the time to explain the problem, what needed to be done and how she was going to proceed. She not only did the extraction but also did some needed repairs on some fillings my regular dentist didn't even mention to me. I also appreciated her gentle touch as well as the Netflix movie she had on to distract me from the noise of the drill. Another update. I've had my invisalign since July 2017, I am about half way through. It's been a great experience and I see a huge change in my bottom teeth. I've had multiple visits since starting invisalign to Dr. Fuster's office and I still very much enjoy going there. She always has her puppies with her, and they are the cutest things ever! It's good to have a nice and relaxing time at the dentist. Also, I just want to mention her admin team is awesome. Always super friendly and very clear about payments. Yes, everyone is Dr. Fuster's office was very, very nice, but I feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I have very good teeth. How many people can actually say that? I have had 2 minute cavities in my 47 years of life. But after I saw Dr. Fuster she said I had 8 cavities and bone loss (which cannot be detected unless you can compare the past with the present). I have also since been informed that dentists should not use a pick anymore because it can cause cavities and Dr. Fuster was using one. I got a second opinion and was told there was no evidence of cavities on my ex-rays, which was simply a photo copy paper that I was charged a duplicating fee of $10. read more

I came to Dr. Fuster after breaking a tooth. I did not have a general dentist and looked on Yelp and saw her rating and decided to give her a try. I put off going to a dentist for a long time due to a fear of needles and any work that would need to be done...I'm a big chicken. Once I entered the office everyone was so friendly and nice. Dr. Fuster was not there that day however, Dr. Nguyen took good care of me. She answered a lot of my questions and gave me a teeth cleaning. We talked about additional work that would need to be done and she was helpful and made me feel comfortable as can be in a high anxiety situation for me at least. Honestly we went to Dr. Fuster purely for location, but she and her staff quickly made it obvious that we made the right choice! Her staff is very professional and are very welcoming. The office is clean and exudes a relaxing atmosphere. As for the Doc herself, she is genuine. She really cares for her patients and always tries to keep you comfortable. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Fuster for about 4 years and our now 3 year old is seeing her as well and I'm happy to say that they take good care of her and take caution to prevent phobias from developing.
