This place is very quick in scheduling the appointments and always can change before 24hrs and the staff is very understandable incase of emergency and had to cancel the appointments. The type of service I had to go is deep cleaning, regular cleaning, fillings. I always felt comfortable during the procedure. Didn't had any effects after the procedures, which I think is very important. The doctor was very kind when asking about the type of equipment they use as I come from a robotics background. Avoid this place for Wisdom teeth extraction. They usually refer you to a surgeon, but they decided to do an extraction for my wife last week. After 1 hour of tugging and pulling, they said they could not do it and to go to an oral surgeon. In pain, bleeding she had to get her medicine, look for a surgeon and after 2 and half hours of trauma and moving around she got to a surgeon. This was a Friday and luckily there was a surgeon who received her completed the extraction in no time. She had extraction of both wisdom teeth. The one on the side Varni Dental 'traumatized' is still giving severe pain as compared to the other side they did not touch. So, I repeat - do not to go to Varni Dental for Wisdom tooth extraction, they panic and don't have the experience, can leave you in pain looking for surgeons. For Varni Dental - don't take on work for which you don't have the competency for, putting patients in pain and at risk. You see an X-ray and as a dentist should know what you can and cannot do. And even if you started the procedure, you should know in 10 minutes whether you can or cannot do it and when to stop. Lastly - Varni Dental did not bother to follow up even once about how my wife is doing and it's been a week. So here is the feedback to Varni Dental on the pathetic experience. We have lost our trust and you are two patients down. read more
