Then came Dr Bailey, so I expected the hello and goodbye fly by that I have always gotten at other offices. She came in, sat down, explained what was going well with my teeth, what could be improved, and what my options were. Then she listened to me. I kept waiting for the punch line or the big sell. I never got it. Coming back I have received excellent, detailed care and improved my education about teeth in the meantime. The staff treats me the way I wish my family treated me. The practice is plenty busy. So why aren't they swamped. Because they are in Graham rather than a metro area. Please don't tell anyone else about this office except maybe your immediate family.
