We noticed how high the prices were immediately and were shocked. Even more shocking is that two employees walked by us a total of four times and only said hello once. I through that I may have found a deal with an antique oak bedroom set. I made eye contact with one of the employees & she walked by. So I decided to pull the drawers out to see if we could figure out the age. We found that it was only about 20 years old, but did find a "hidden treasure"...about 3/16" of dust under each drawer. I guess this allows customers to calculate the age of furniture when employees are busy walking the store.

My mom really wanted the item although I was livid about how rude and nasty they were! That will be the last dime they get out of anyone I know! I'm a local vlogger and will make sure I tell everyone I know as well as show them the video of this encounter! Spend your money where you're valued and acknowledged! Especially in this current inflated economy! You can find the same things and better online or elsewhere! Don't continue to spoon feed your hard earned money into businesses that don't appreciate you! Let them experience what being rude and nasty to people feels like! When we go the tv home unloaded and took off wrapping there was a small crack in the right bottom corner. We put on dresser crack spread now we have lines on the side and bottom of the tv. Conns refusing to assist because we did not tell them within the first 24 hours. Instead we told them within 48 hours. We required help to lift the tv on the dresser so waited for family to come and assist with lifting, After buying appliances electronics and furniture over the years this is the customer service they are offering, NONE!!!

It's a bit smaller, but the aisles are wider compared to some of their other locations. They have baskets that you can carry and they also have baskets on wheels with a handle that you can push/pull. There were some interesting items in store. If you need outdoor essentials like a portable toilet or rain pants, they got you lol. I was disappointed that I couldn't find more travel sized items. It seemed like they had a decent amount of house hold items like cleaning supplies and storage containers. The staff is friendly. The young lady that checked me out asked me if I found everything okay. I mentioned that I couldn't find any travel tissue packs, so she went and grabbed some for me. Super kind of her! During the spring season, they have a small selection of plants. Populars in front of the store and Texas natives in the back. I used to shop here daily after work. Everyone who works here is so sweet and knowledgeable. Joanna who usually waters the plants, she is personable. Every time I'd come, we'd spend a few moments sharing our plant knowledge. I've bought a lot of TX natives. I even came here to landscape the yard with the variety of coleus, caladiums, variegated oregano, flowering plants, and salvia.
