When I raised my concern at the desk, I was told that 60 minutes is 5 minutes to dress and undress, and a 5 minute consultation. My consultation was 30 seconds. All three women at the desk maintained that that qualified as a 60 minute massage. I got some serious attitude from 2 of the three front desk women. Totally unnecessary. They offered zero compensation. I tipped anyway, and I know it's not them, but poor company policy. Please just advertise the exact hands on minutes for the real price and get some polite front desk help. I won't be back.
