So, I go here pretty often and it's always a struggle. The main issue is communication. I asked how long until I could get a foot massage. The person at the desk held up a timer saying 20 minutes. I asked if I should sign in on a sheet or anything and they said no: I pointed to a chair right outside and said I'd be sitting there. I set a timer and came back in when it went off. They acted as though they had never seen me and started service on 3 new people. Why did they tell me yo come back in 20 minutes if I'd need to wait an additional "who knows how long" to get served? I told them that they had just told me to come back in 20 minutes and they all looked at each other, speaking only in their language, and ignored me. They just lost a regular.

This is not a light relaxation massage, this really gets into the knots and loosens up tight muscles as the therapist uses her body weight to really get deep into the tissues. I always tell therapists that I like deep pressure, but I rarely get as deep a pressure as I hope for. I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful that I had to actually ask her for a little bit less pressure a few times (that is saying a lot for me), which she was very conscientious about and asked about frequently throughout the massage. The facility was also very nice and clean, and the sheets and betting all felt very nice and clean as well. Overall, a great experience.
