I've been going for 2 years here now started with Aerial yoga ( like pink the singer ) and loved it so much then branched our to all the teachers ! I can say Terri and Rahman are both amazing and as well as the owner Corrine who is hard core yoga but balanced with the correct forms ( always watching and checking in) all the teachers and massage therapists are amazing ! this place ! Ok so I forgot to list all the teachers! I forgot about Brandon who teaches Sunday evening which is amazing! I recommend trying all the teachers and all the classes esp if your brand new to yoga or to the studio and you know yoga ! If your brand new then stick to the beginners classes! She was stronger than she was before the injury, Dan not only rehabbed her knee, he made her stronger from head to toe. His medical and rehabilitation knowledge as well as his strength and conditioning knowledge is 2nd to none. She has since visited Dan for some strength and conditioning and general wear and tear on her body from being an athlete. She not only feels 100% better after working with Dan but her performances on the field is definitely elevated.
