It's not a big park, but still plenty of room for everyone! I couldn't quite remember the entrance for parking so I ended up parking by the Chidos restaurant. The dirt paths are heaven though. Here you may encounter a mountain biker or two, but for the most part it is pure peace and quiet. I walked about 12.5 miles on the paths just yesterday. On hot or dry days it can be a little dusty and if the hose and pool is full it can get a little muddy, so maybe bring a brush or towel if you don't want your seats dirty but I highly recommend it! Also it's usually best to wear shoes or pants that aren't your favorite as some dogs jump up to say hi with wet and dirty paws lol They even have a rack for you to hang your leash and things which is nice to be able to be hands free. It's a bit of a drive for us but with how exhausted he is when we go home it's so worth it!

We've run sprints and suicides, jogs around the field and other general HIIT workouts. There's an extra added challenge because part of Gorc sits on a hill. There's a playgrounds nearby if you wanted to use the monkey bars for calinsthetics. Docking a star because, as someone without kids, it seems like there are games or practices going on there practically all the time, so we haven't really gotten to enjoy it as often as we'd like. This park has different sections for different age groups. They are marked as so. Plenty of benches for the adults. They have swings. Even one where you can sit down in front of your small child and swing with them. Also, the whole playground is gated which is great to keep the children within bounds. They even have one of those book exchange boxes where you can leave books or take books as you please.

That situation was very frustrating and unhelpful, especially when an 8 year old child has an urgent bathroom need. I am also aware park booth attendants must follow site rules, but refusing a child in an emergency due to unrelated group issues lacks basic common sense and empathy.
