We were waiting for our new insurance cards and they were helpful and took the lead with getting it all sorted out. --AMAZING nurses - really liked our nurse, wish I could remember her name! --Small office - we only saw one other person who was on the way out --No wait time - we didn't even finish the paperwork before we were being called back to be seen --Clean - it was such a relief to see the nurse put a fresh new disposable pad on the scale before weighing by daughter. We've been to other offices that do not do this (but instead reuse old pads), and it felt like they were really trying to keep the office clean and germ free --Dr. Lee! - The best part of all. Dr. Lee is knowledgable, professional, and very kind. He allotted extra time for our visit since I was a new client. He listened to all our issues and did not seem in a hurry to get out the door.
