The last 6 weeks of the contract we never heard from Molly even after leaving several messages. We then reached out to her broker at Remax Integrity and left messages with no reply. So unethical of a business and an agent not to reply. Then Molly did contact us stating she had been sick and our contract was expiring the next day! Oh how professional of her to reach out the day before the contract expires? So there we were with our property off the market thinking we will put it back on the market in the spring. Three weeks later, Molly contacted us stating there was a buyer. Great! We went through the hoops of finally accepting an offer, with the most unprofessionalism from Molly. Weeks would go by without a word from her. We never got the feeling she was representing us. She wouldn't even go to bat for us. Knowing what we wanted and didn't want. It seemed as though she was always representing the buyer, not us. Finally, the place closes and we forget something there. I emailed Molly and of course, NO REPLY. I finally reached out to the Buyer's Agent and she did respond. Therefore, a bad yelp for Molly and Remax for their unprofessional way of doing business. Never again!

To help in this effort from afar, I have been working with a wonderful realtor with ReMax realty out of Medford, OR. Last night, I noticed a listing online that might work for me. Such listings are few and far between. The listing agent shown was Heather Yriarte also with ReMax Realty but in Grants Pass. I called her this morning to find out some preliminary info about the property. I wanted to see if it might work for me before asking my realtor to drive from Medford to Grants Pass . I had just a few simple questions about the well (she said it was great in the ad) and whether or not there was room to access and park a large motorhome on the property ( she said there was RV parking in the ad but that could mean something small like a boat). Every single listing agent I have ever called before has been quite helpful, understanding that I could not personally see the property. After all, aren't they trying to get the house sold? Not so with Heather. She was quite reluctant to discuss anything about the property and once she learned I had a realtor, she essentially said that I should send my realtor out to see it and have her figure it out. I told her that I only needed answers to a couple of screening questions and have never had listing agent refuse to help. She hung up on me!!! I absolutely could not believe it!!! Does she think unless she is both buyer's and seller's agent, her only role as listing agent is to place the ad? With answers to a couple of simple questions, she quite possibly could have sold this property for cash. I have let my realtor know what happened and that we will not be pursuing this property after all. I am very upset. I wonder if her clients are aware of how she treats potential buyers? That no longer includes me, that's for sure. Unbelievable.
