I purchased a car from this business on September 05,2020. I still cannot get the car registered and it is now December 9, 2020. The owner is not returning phone calls or text at this point. I didn't even get a legitimate temporary tag. I still have TEST DRIVE tag. I live in Cobb county. People of color are targeted here. Dissatisfied is an understatement. I was told to file a complaint with the state but the business is dissolved. Do not purchase from here unless you don't actually need to drive for a few months. read more

I went today to look at a car advertised…read moreonline and the car had a plethora of issues that was not advertised online, nor was explained to me upon looking at the vehicle. The car had no working air conditioner. Major parts of the interior were missing. The tires were so bare that the car was not even safe to test drive, one tire was even flat. The car was advertised with minor dents and scratches, when it, in fact, had major dents and scratches all over the car where it was sideswiped on both sides, and had a busted front bumper - all from multiple accidents that the car fax had showed. The car's ceiling was falling down and electronics in the car were not functioning properly. The interior was very worn and dirty all over, all the seats had what appeared to be major coffee stains all over. I was honestly shocked that the car I saw was the same one as advertised. I explained to the gentleman the cost of all the needed mechanical (not including the body/aesthetic) repairs plus the negotiated price would put the car several thousand dollars above the KBB price and the salesman said that my estimates sounded very correct considering all the problems that he was "unaware of." In my opinion, just another scam artist company trying to make money off of false advertising and deceitful sales tactics. I highly recommend not buying anything from this company.

I was told by the owner that his mechanic would take a look at the vehicle. I literally purchased this vehicle on october thirty first and november seventh.I was driving doing overeat orders the gears went completely out on the vehicle i had to release the emergency brake to keep from crashing into a parked vehicle. I then called the dealer and addressed the issue. And he told me that his mechanic will come where I was to take a look at the vehicle. But I had to give the mechanic $80 for him to come to find out what was going on. The funny thing is when the mechanic got there. He went straight under the hood and went directly to the issue, and you clearly could also see that there were a lot of things rigged up under the hood. The owner told me that he was not responsible for any Wear and tear on the vehicle because what was going on with the vehicle that it was nothing wrong with it when I purchased it basically accusing me of the issue.I was clearly told by the mechanic that it was a mechanical issue when I addressed all of the sensors that had appeared on the dashboard to the dealer, he stated that he would get my car to pass the emissions. But that's all that he is responsible for.And he would figure out how to get the emissions to be able to give me plates for the vehicle, when the time came, I would not recommend this company to anyone.This man clearly saw that I was a woman, and I was taken advantage of and I got ripped off over two thousand dollars on a vehicle that I can no longer drive

Another lie by Naval Roy! My 2005 Dodge Power Wagon broke down on me Halloween night of 2018, a Wednesday. On a Thursday after speaking to a local transmission part supply store that recommended Shift Right Transmission Repair in Stockbridge I had my truck towed to the shop, over 20 miles away at a cost of $200. The owner Naval Roy assured me that I would have my truck back in 5 days if I agreed to get it there before the weekend. I spoke to Naval again on Friday and he informed me that the transmission was damaged and in need of repair and a possible case after he removed the transmission pan and inspected it and found aluminum shavings in it. He said he would have the transmission out and disassembled and know the internal damage on Monday. I called again Monday evening and he said he was still in the process of removing the transmission. I was in the area on Tuesday and dropped by to inspect the work progress and found the vehicle still in the parking lot, exactly where the wrecker had dropped it off. Being a retired ASE Master Automobile Technician I inspected the vehicle in the parking lot and found not only had it not been moved into the shop and put on a lift, stored in the shop as promised, the transmission pan had not been removed. Naval lied to me! He promised to keep the truck secured in his shop, it was not. He told me he put it in the shop and removed the pan, he did not. He told me he was in the process of removing the transmission, he was not. When I confronted him about this he did not deny the lies. I had my truck removed within the hour and towed to a reputable transmission repair facility. I was out over $400 in tow fees and wasted 5 days of being without my vehicle while it sat in his parking lot. This guy is a lair and a thief! I will be posting my review everywhere I can and informing the people at ATRA of this individuals shady practices. People like Naval Roy give good technicians a bad name!
